Children under 3 years stay free (no bed provided). Children under 10 years: discount of 50 CZK per child per night.
Monthly apartment rental from 30,000 CZK (30 m²), from 45,000 CZK (70 m²).
Prices apply to uninterrupted stays.
Terms of Stay:
- The apartment is non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed — please do not bring them.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect them. We have kind neighbors and wish to maintain good relations.
- You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay. If the apartment is left in such a condition that it cannot be offered to new guests on the day of your departure, you are liable for the cost of restoring it to its original state.
Violation of any of the above terms is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
By paying for your stay, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.
Accommodation Terms for Specific Dates:
June 14, 2025 and June 28, 2025
August 15, 2025
November 28–30, 2025 (fully booked)
During these dates, only full-apartment rental is available at the rate for 7 persons.
No child discounts apply for these stays.
July 18–20, 2025 – minimum stay of two nights:
- 1–7 persons: 25,000 CZK (extra bed for 1 additional person available free of charge)
Reservation and Payment for Accommodation:
Full payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made only via bank transfer and must be received before the check-in date. If the booking is made on the same day as arrival, payment in cash is also possible. Please note that we do not have a card terminal.
Check-in from 4 PM
Check-out by 11 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation before arrival: 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged.
No-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
A change of date may be arranged upon agreement.
Note: During your stay, company staff may enter the premises for the purpose of inspecting the space or equipment.
Please communicate with us if you notice anything missing or encounter any issues. If you don’t report it, we won’t know about it.
